Before you inquire

While i do occasionally draw "out of style" (such as humans or complex backgrounds) for my personal artwork, for friends, and for the very occasional commission, please keep in mind that i primarily draw nsfw furry artwork. I might not accept a commission if i think that my style does not suit the setting or character.I also prefer cutesy settings, characters, and colors. This is by no means a requirement but i want to be clear that this is what i thrive in.i am extremely thankful for any consideration towards commissioning me and i will always judge each opportunity fairly. sometimes i am not confident in my abilities to complete a complex commission and i dont want to ask for money if im not happy with my final product. experimental commissions can leave me feeling that way. thank you for understanding!

Terms of service

These are the terms of service for all of my commissions, everything written in this applies to every commission I do unless stated otherwise. Terms of service are SUBJECT TO CHANGE.
BY COMMISSIONING ME YOU ACCEPT THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS!

1. Timeline and Scope of Work

* The artist will submit a sketch before proceeding with the final commissioned piece. Further updates may be necessary but are not promised.
* Once the sketch has been approved, major changes to the design will not be allowed.
* The final commissioned piece will be accomplished within the artists timeline, which can be anywhere from one day to months depending on stated turn around times, emergency situations, or character complexity. Rush fees are an option if this is unacceptable.

2. Payment

* Refunds for commissioned pieces will not be granted automatically. This is case by case. If artwork is complete or nearly complete, a refund will not occur.
* Payment is required before commission starts.
* commissions over 100 USD may be split up into multiple payments if needed by commissioner.

3. Revisions

* Revisions will be entertained if possible.
* The artist may not revise work if too far into the process.
* Major revisions may only be made in sketch phase.
* Small revisions can be made in lineart.
* No lineart revisions can be made after color.
* These rules are flexible if changes are because of an artist mistake I.e. missing a reference detail.

4. Copyright and Reproduction

The artist reserves the right to:
* Include the commissioned work in portfolios, online profiles/pages, commission sheets, etc.
* Claim the commissioned piece as their own work.

About the artist

Aww, you wanna get to know me? Well hi, I'm Daniel! I'm a 21 year old artist who's been posting artwork on social media for 11 years and counting. I'm from the south east of the United States, and artwork commissions are my full time job.
I love what I do and I'm very fortunate to have the platform I already have and I'm excited to see what the future holds for me.
If you've dug this far, I'll also mention that I'm a gay transgender man. This often reflects in my artwork. I aim to create artwork that people like me can relate to. Being transgender has been a pretty big part of the majority of my life, and I hope someone like me can feel seen in the work that I create.
